The Maddox J. Almeida Foundation was created in memory of our sweet boy. When Maddox was diagnosed, we received an outpouring of support and love, more than we could have ever imagined. We believe the love and support we continue to receive is a reflection of the impact he had on so many.
Our goal with this foundation is to provide financial assistance to families of children diagnosed with cancer and alleviate just one of the many burdens they are facing.

We appreciate our families, our friends, and our community for always being our support. We hope to be just that, with your help, for families in similar need.

Be on the lookout… Maddox’s Quack Pack has landed!
We’ve hidden ducks all around the city (and maybe even in other states and countries). Each duck is part of an interactive way to spread awareness for Childhood Cancer and to honor our forever warrior, Maddox.
